Chapter Awards and Recognitions

April 2007,  Our Chapter was recognized by the APICS Chapter Incentives Program for new membership growth.  During the first three months of 2007, 23 new members joined our chapter.  The Chapter Incentives Program was introduced in 2006 to recognize chapters for their contributions to enhancing the presence of APICS in their local markets.  The new membership category recognizes chapters for adding the most new members in a quarter. Total new members are based on new professional and new group memberships combined.  First quarter 2007 winners have been selected based on reports of APICS certification, APICS Bookstore sales activity, and new member totals.

August 2006, APICS awarded the San Joaquin chapter with Silver Medallion status.
